San Diego - Presidents Day

Over President's Day weekend Travis & I went to San Diego with Travis' family. It was a lot of fun ... if only it were warmer! ;) We stayed on the beach, rode bikes up and down the pier's, went to the USS Midway, Old Town and the Mormon Battalion, and last but certainly not least Sea World!!

26 Birthday Parties

For my 26th Birthday this year I got to celebrate several times ...

1. Dinner at Cheesecake Factory with my parents and Travis!

2. Dinner (a different night) at California Pizza Kitchen with my Best Friends!

 

3. Dinner (another night) at Travis' Mom's for our Birthday (We Share our Birthday!)

4. Travis & I stayed at the Wynn hotel for a night and saw the show La Reve

Utah Jazz Game - Meet & Greet

Over Martin Luther King weekend our family went to the Utah Jazz vs. New Jersey Nets game in Salt Lake. We choose this game because Deron Williams and Mehmet Okur play for the Nets team and we wanted to see them. Also because Michael is Deron Williams biggest fan. We even met the team outside of the Grand America Hotel to try and meet the players before the game. Michael was able to get a jersey and a uniform signed by Williams and that made his day!

 

 Also because it was all 3 of our birthdays this month we had a little birthday party for us!

Bob Seager Concert

On New Year's Eve Eve Travis and I went to the Bob Seger Concert with Travis' family. It was a lot of fun and definitely not what I expected ... I actually knew a LOT of the songs!

 

Merry Christmas 2011!!!

This year for Christmas, Travis and I went up to Preston, Idaho for a white Christmas. It wasn't that white but more so than it ever is in Vegas! ;p It was so much fun and it's always fun to get away from home for a little vacation.

Christmas Festivities

It's Christmas time again!! That means it's time for the girls to get together one night and eat dinner and hang out for a bit. This year instead of going to a restaurant I decided to have the girls come over to my house where we ate dinner, visited and caught up with each other, played some Christmas games, and did a white elephant gift exchange. I think we all had a lot of fun! ;) I know I did!

Halloween Festivities

Halloween this year was a great success! Saturday night Travis and I went to the Barlow's 2nd Annual Halloween Party! We carved pumpkins .. played some games .. had a costume contest .. ate some tasty treats .. and watched some Halloween movies!

Then on Monday night for Halloween we got all dressed up again and had several of Travis' cousins over so that we could all go trick or treating through our neighborhood together! At our house we definitely had treats ... and a really good trick ..AKA Bob!
